• Sale asking price : we know very well what has been built in Châtel and the Valley since the very beginning of the resort as well as the current market offers. We can give you realistic estimates of prices to be asked on the real estate market.

• Display : with your pictures or ours, we know how to present your apartment or chalet in attractive and informative manners to attract buyers' interest. We will also assist you in carrying out diagnostics and in gathering all relevant information which are necessary to put your property on sale.

• Diffusion : even under exclusive mandate, your property will be displayed on real estate partners' websites in France and abroad as well as on specialised real estate listing websites  in english and french.

• Buyers : they contact us regularly and sytematically because we have been in the local market since its beginning. We may already have potential buyers for your property in our files.

• Visits : they are carried out by ourselves with your instructions and you are always kept informed.

• Concluding the contract : we will engage in a contract only following discussions with you, even if the sale is to be made under the intitial conditions of the mandate.

• Our fees  are computed as follows :

• - up to 100.000 € : 6% with a minimum of 3.000 € VAT incl.

• - between 101.000 € and 200.000 € : 5.5% VAT incl.

• - between 201.000 € and 400.000 € : 5% VAT incl.

• - between 401.000 € and 650.000 € : 4.5% VAT incl.

• - above 650.000 € : 4% VAT incl.
